Tender Details
The Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) provides funding for non-government organisations (NGO) to deliver targeted and holistic service responses to support unaccompanied children and young people who are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness through the Homeless Youth Assistance Program . The program aims to reconnect children and young people with their families and broader support networks, where appropriate, or enable them to transition to appropriate longer-term supported accommodation.
FACS is undertaking a two stage procurement process to select a suitable organisation to conduct the evaluation of the HYAP Program.
The first stage is an Expression of Interest (EOI). This process is open to all non government suppliers interested in providing the service.
In stage two selected applicants will be invited to provide a more detailed proposal. Successful applicants will be identified through the second stage process.
Applicants should note that they are expressing an interest to undertake an evaluation of the HYAP (the Service). The successful applicant may deliver some components of the Service indirectly through a partnership arrangement with other providers.
