NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Client Management Software and Consultancy Services for NSW Trustee and Guardian - DAGJ 2012/32

The Tender will include:

• The supply of a Client Management System to support NSWTG and NSWPG's operations. It will also be used by 22 regional offices throughtout NSW and by staff using portable computers.
• The provision of consultancy services to assist implementation and to customise the software to NSWTG's needs.
• The provision of technical services to assist in the interfacing and implementation of the Client Management software into NSWTG's environment.
• The provision of training services.
• The provision of documentation (customisation, design, use cases, user training material, and appropriate documentation required for implementation and on-going use of the new system).
• The provision of maintenance covering version upgrades and error correction
• The provision of software support services following the successful implementation of the Client Management software.
