This is the final Stage One tender for listing on the ADHC Supplier Directory.

 

Applicants that have previously applied and were unsuccessful are invited to reapply if they are of the view that they are now in a position to fulfill all requirements of Stage One. The requirement for six months to have elapsed before reapplication can be made has been waived.

This tender will test applicants for their suitability to enter into an ADHC Funding Agreement and potentially be selected to deliver specialist funded disability services in NSW.

 

Please note: All applications must be made using the official application form supplied, with required information being supplied on the application form itself, except where additional information, such as certificates of currency or financial reports, is specifically required as part of the application process. Applications that do not fulfil this requirement will be set aside, with no further consideration given.
