Tender Details
The NSW Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) requires the services of an organisation to undertake an independent process and outcomes evaluation of the trial of the Aboriginal Guardianship Support Model (AGSM).
There are two elements to this evaluation:
• How well the Aboriginal Guardianship Support Model meets its intended outcomes, including the development of some outcomes measures; and
• How well AbSec’s Commissioning for Better Aboriginal Child and Family Outcomes Framework was designed, implemented and meets intended outcomes (i.e. community-led, uses principles of self-determination, aligns to needs of Aboriginal children and families, and is effective and efficient).
The evaluation report will inform future commissioning approaches, policy decision making, service scalability, future investment and effective resource allocation to support Aboriginal children and young people on guardianship orders.
This tender opportunity can only be accessed and responded via the Department’s end to end procurement system, Procurement Central. Any submission lodged outside of Procurement Central will not be considered by the Department.
