WSNBM Commissioning & Planning has identified the ongoing need to increase Aboriginal service delivery for targeted supports and intensive services.
Organisations are eligible to participate in this tender process if they have capacity to contract with the Department and able to deliver services outlined within the program specifications.
Organisations MUST also meet the National Agreement Closing the Gap definition of an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation (ACCO) in line with Clause 44.
The ACCO will need to evidence or demonstrate their model of service, how it meets the need of the Aboriginal client and builds the capacity of the family for their known vulnerabilities.
One of the key priorities of the TEI Program is to increase provision of Aboriginal services to Aboriginal children, families and communities.
