Tender Details
In October 2010, Housing NSW sought, through its agent CB Richard Ellis, expressions of interest (ref 106/045410) for the purchase of 57-63 St Pauls Street, Randwick, New South Wales. Expressions were lodged in early November and a short-list of four prospective buyers are now invited to provide their best and final offers.
The intended outcome of this process is to select a preferred purchaser to complete the sale of the site.
