Consultancy services for the preparation of a business case in accordance with NSW Treasury guidelines and suitable for Gateway review. Services will include:
Preparation of the business case
Financial and economic analysis of the options
Technical services in engineering and architecture to assist with concepts for the courthouse (blocking and stacking plans and basic layouts along with preliminary engineering considerations - no detailed design service or detailed engineering services)
Property Services to assist in site selection
Town / Urban Planning Services to assist in site selection and development
Consultation services including stakeholder management workshops and value management sessions
