The Head Design will be required to liaise with key stakeholders, develop a functional brief, carry out site investigations, develop concept design, complete DA, design & document, provide working drawings & tender documentation & provide advise during the construction stage. The proposed refurbishment include 8 courtrooms, 2 call over courts, a registry, a drug court registry, ancillary services offices, 16 interview rooms, 5 non contact interview rooms, public waiting areas, prisoner's lift & parking.
