NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Replacement of chillers - STAGE 2 and replacement of packaged units at Penrith Court - RFT150

The scope of the project is to replace the existing water cooled chiller with a new chiller operating with a new remote air cooled condenser. The new chiller will be located in the plantroom made vacant during STAGE 1 of the project.The project also includes modifications to existing chilled water piping and installation of new pipe runs.New and modified submains from Main Switchboard and between Mechanical Switchboards will form part of the project.The existing cooling tower will be temporarily relocated to maintain the service of existing system and eventually removed.The project also includes replacement of seven (7) existing cassette type split packaged units with new chilled water fan-coil units..
