Tender Details
The NSW Public Trustee office proposes to refurbish two floors of the head office at 19 O'Connell St, Sydney. The floors, levels 2 and 3, shall be refurbished to match the standard of accommodation of other newly renovated floors within the building. The total area to be refurbished is approximately 800 sqm.
Tenders are being sought for architectural and engineering services to complete the design and prepare construction tender documentation
