NSW Department of Communities and Justice / 2008 Staff Survey - Attorney Generals Department - AGD 2008/12

A quotation is sought to conduct a staff survey, with the following components
* Advise on design and develop content of questions (having regard to draft questionnaire provided by AGD).
* Include public sector benchmark and possibly Australian benchmark questions
* Include and analyse free text comments from staff
* Conduct an on-line (web based) staff survey for all employees of AGD
* Conduct paper based survey for a small percentage of staff that do not have computer access.
* Advise and assist on promoting high response rate to survey.
* Analyse and report on responses to survey, including against appropriate demographic data, as agreed between provider and AGD.
* Analyse and report on significant findings against previous AGD staff surveys
* The survey is to be conducted in July 2008.
* Provide a draft written report within 4 weeks of the conclusion of the survey for Attorney General's Department review and comment.
* A final report to be produced within 6 weeks of the conclusion of the survey.

Workforce Planning and Strategy will be the project managers of the development and implementation of the staff survey. They will also coordinate the Department's response to the findings of the survey.
