The development consists of three separate sites contained within two separate island blocks bounded by Grant, Gordon, Lord and Church Streets, Port Macquarie.
The two blocks currently consists of residential housing, and ownership is held both privately and by Housing NSW.

The redevelopment of these sites will meet Housing NSWs key requirements in terms of increased public and community housing, and provide housing that is accessible, adaptable and sustainable.
