The Department of Housing acting through the New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation (the Department) is seeking Detailed Proposals for the development of an aged care facility in Macquarie Fields, New South Wales.
Detailed Proposals are invited from the short-listed Proponents from the Expression of Interest stage (MPD 110/001/004907) and any Detailed Proposal received from other organisations will not be considered.
The Departments preference is that the aged care facility which is to be developed by the Successful Proponent be in the order of a 120 allocated place residential aged care facility.
However, proposals for an aged care facility with a different number of allocated places will be considered.
The Department does not have a preference for the type of residential aged care to be provided, that is, whether the allocated places are for high level care or low level care.
