The successful vendor will be highly experienced in the establishment of Managed Billing & Account Administration of Mobiles, Fixed lines, Data and Services. Monitoring and reporting services will cover collection of phone statements, agency usage and analysis, vendor/plans management, security, reports and asset management, which include the following:
