The Riverwood North project presents the chance to create a flagship $250 million residential development that embodies the rich multicultural, energy and sense of community of the local area.
Located 18km from Sydney's central business district, the site has been identified as an ideal location for a progressive demonstration project. The project aims to optimise the use of under-utilised land assets and be a primary driver in the rejuvenation of the surrounding Riverwood area.
Housing NSW is now calling for expressions of intererst from developers to partner with them to create a market-driven project to address untapped local demand for good quality apartments. The project encompases the redevelopment of 4 hectars of housing on the northern precinct of Riverwood. The developable area adjoins a new park along Salt Pan Creek and is within an 800 metre radius of Riverwood train station and the shopping centre.
