The Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (DADHC) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations for Developing a Client Support Needs Assessment and Booking System for Centre-Based Respite Services operated by DADHC. The Department is seeking to develop an enhanced booking system for DADHC operated centre-based respite services. The scope of this work includes: Developing a client needs assessment and classification tool which gives a standardised measurement of client support needs; Developing principles and guidelines on optimal client groupings to achieve optimum respite centre utilisation and equity of access; Developing a methodology to enable Regions to manage fluctuations in client complexity in respite services; Introducing an on-line respite booking system.
