The Major Projects Directorate of Housing NSW (Principal) proposes to develop between 83 and 89 apartments in Port Macquarie on the mid-north coast of New South Wales.
The development consists of three separate sites contained within two blocks bounded by Grant, Gordon, Lord and Church Streets, Port Macquarie. The two blocks currently consists of residential housing, owned by the Housing NSW (Housing) and privately.
The project has been designed to a level that has allowed Housing to define the total apartment numbers and development costs. The first two phases have been completed:.
" Phase 1: Initiation (Brief/Concept Design).
" Phase 2: Planning (Sketch Design/Pre-DA)..
Tenders are sought for project management services for the remaining phases:.
" Phase 3: Design Development (DA Documentation).
" Phase 4: Contract Documentation (Tender Docs/CC).
" Phase 5: Construction (Tendering, Site Works, Handover).
" Phase 6: Post Completion (Defects Liability Period, Final Report).
