The installations arising from the Remote Witness Project will facilitate witnesses to provide evidence, in compliance with legislative requirements, from a remote site via CCTV or a video conferencing session into a Supreme, District or Local Court. Additionally, Supreme and District courts will have the facility to record local and remote witness testimony onto a DVD system and to produce video recordings of proceedings
