LawAccess NSW requires a provider to assist in the design, development, testing, undertaking of and reporting on surveys which measure customer satisfaction levels for the Legal Information Group, Legal Advice Group and BDM Call Group (NSW Registry of Birth Deaths & Marriages Call Centre) on an annual basis.
The successful service provider will initially be engaged for a term of one (1) year with the Department having the option to extend this for a further two (2) years as per the Draft Service Agreement attached to this RFT.
LawAccess NSW anticipates that the contracted provider will provide LawAccess NSW with a web interface or alternative tool with which to provide the details of survey respondents to the provider.
We anticipate that a core survey would be developed to which additional questions could be added each time the survey is conducted. Importantly, the survey will need to be able to track trends across previous surveys. All previous surveys are available at www.lawaccess.nsw.gov.au (see About us).
