The commercial fit-out works that comprise this ‘Request for Tender’ include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Partition wall, doors & glazing section
- Reception desk, kitchen, kitchenettes, cupboards, accessible toilet & shelving joinery
- Hydraulic Services, including sinks, sanitary ware & tap ware
- Electrical Services including lighting & power
- Installation of carpet
- Voice and data cabling
- Mechanical Services including air-conditioning exhaust systems, ductwork and transfer ducting
- Fire services including exit signage, emergency lighting and fire hose reels
