NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Premier's Gala Concerts - Events Operations Services - ADHC.14.01

The NSW Department of Family and Community Services requires event operation services for the NSW Premier’s Gala Concerts.  

The NSW Premier’s Gala Concerts are free concerts for NSW seniors and attract up to 50,000 attendees annually. All seniors living in NSW and all NSW Seniors Card holders are eligible to attend the concerts.  

The tender package is in two parts :

Part One: Standing Offer Contract for four years from 2014–2018 with specific services negotiated from time to time. 

Part Two: An RFT for services for the 2014-2015 financial year, namely the provision of event operation services for the 2015 NSW Seniors Week concert series.

Services including providing group ticketing operations and database management, traffic and transport management planning, volunteer management, procurement of event equipment and other services as outlined in the Specification Parts One and Two.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.
