Tender Details
The Joint Support Program (JSP) is a key program within the Juvenile Justice Funded Services Program which funds suppliers to provide services that complement the work of Juvenile Justice with young people.
Juvenile Justice currently has thirteen contracts with suppliers to provide the Joint Support Program, which commenced on 1 July 2013 with three year funding agreements which will end on 30 June 2016. The range of Service Types and their specifications have been reviewed and updated in preparation for the new Request for Tender.
Juvenile Justice is tendering for suppliers to provide one or more of the Service Types in various locations for the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2019. The Department intends to appoint Suppliers to provide the Service Types required in specific service locations.
Each Service Type and Location combination forms a single Component of the Tender. Tenderers may elect to tender for one or more of the Components. A Supplier may be contracted to provide one or more Components. One supplier will be contracted per Component. Detailed Service Specifications and Tender Components are Attachments 1 and 2 to RFT Part A.
A Tender may only be submitted by a legal entity and, if successful, the Department will enter into an Agreement with that legal entity.
Please note that Juvenile Justice may consider joint tenders or tenders from a consortium of suppliers. If a joint Tender is submitted to the Department, separate Agreements will not be formed. The joint Tenderers will each be party to a single Agreement.
