Tender Details
The NSW Government is seeking to procure organisations or partnerships to auspice the delivery of Ability Links NSW (Aboriginal) throughout NSW (excluding the former ADHC Hunter Region).
Ability Links NSW is one of a number of decision-support resources available to help people with disability by providing a locally based first point of contact designed to improve access to and engagement in local community and mainstream services, and disability services where necessary. By 1 July 2014 families in every part of the state will have access to an Ability Links Coordinator who will work with them to help plan for the future, build on their strengths and skills and develop networks in their communities to do what they want with their lives outside of the traditional disability service system. There will be a minimum of 27 Ability Links NSW (Aboriginal) positions state-wide. A service provider has recenly been appointed to auspice four of the Aboriginal Linker positions in the former ADHC Hunter region.
ADHC's preferred outcome is to engage a single organisation/partnerships to auspice the delivery of Ability Links NSW (Aboriginal) Linker positions in each of the former ADHC Regions, however submissions will be accepted from organisations/partnerships to auspice Ability Links NSW (Aboriginal) in any number/range of locations.
Registration of Interest (ROI) are now being sought from organisations/partnership for the provision of 23 Ability Links NSW (Aboriginal) positions throughout NSW.
