Tender Details
The ADHC Supplier Directory is a set of guidelines on the engagement and selection of providers to deliver specialist funded services to people with disability. It assists local ADHC staff to advise people with disability, their families and carers about service providers in their area.
Applications are open to organisations that deliver the specialist disability types currently funded by ADHC. For more information about specialist disability services funded by ADHC, please see: http://www.adhc.nsw.gov.au/sp/delivering_disability_services.
Please note: All applications must be made using the official application form supplied, with required information being supplied on the application form itself, except where additional information, such as certificates of currency or financial reports, is specifically required as part of the application process. Applications that do not fulfil this requirement will be set aside, with no further consideration given.
Applications to be listed on the ADHC Supplier Directory are being run as a continuous rolling tender process, with each tender being open for approximately four weeks. Dates for 2015 are below.
