NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Windale project real estate agent services - HOG10/53530

The Assets Division is seeking an agent to provide real estate marketing and sales services to assist Housing NSW to sell three sites:

1.             Retail precinct  - 14 townhouses

2.             Belar precinct  - 7 townhouses

3.             Park precinct  - 38 townhouses

 

There is an opportunity to sell these townhouses in one line to the private sector.  This may be a developer, investor or not-for-profit organisation.

Selective Tenders - An invitation to tender that is made to a limited number of tenderers, from a Pre-qualified Panel. Tenderers are pre-qualified, for an ongoing program of works or services, on a proven record of satisfactory performance in the category for which tenders are sought.

Three firms are invited to prepare and submit tenders for these services. The firms are:

·     Ray White, Gosford

·     Colliers International, Newcastle

 

Tenders from organisations not invited will not be considered.
