Supply and Installation of Tray Sealing System that meets the below:
- Automatic, in line top sealing tray sealing system
- Top seal tool(s), tooling impressions tool kits (Top clear seal)
- Loading trolley
- Conveyor systems modifications including:
- Installation of Indexing conveyor
- Existing conveyors to be integrated where possible in the proposed
- Modifications to accommodate seamless transfer of dinner trays using conveyor systems that is integrated from meal depositing line to tray sealing through to labelling.
- Machine to be made from stainless steel, easy to wash down
- Machine to be suitable for production of packs out of aluminium foil trays
- Machine to be turn-key with fully integrated automated in line tray sealing system with indexing conveyors (smart conveyors) that can seamlessly work with the meal depositing side of the process and be able to assist with meal depositing sequence smoothly, Flat line conveyor system to operate where possible for the tray sealing operation part to minimise the costs involved as well as to utilise as much as the existing conveyors from the existing process
- Meet all necessary Australian Standards and Certification regarding - Safety, Electromagnetic and Environmental
- Post Warranty Service Plan for 5 years.
