The NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) currently sources insurance broking and claims management services for under deductible claims, from the private market. The existing arrangements with the current service provider are due to expire on 31 January 2016. LAHC is requesting tenders from suppliers so that access to these services can be maintained in accordance with business requirements.
