Additional Details / Instructions

Extension under the same terms and conditions of the MRP08 contract for the delivery of maintenance services to the LAHC residential housing portfolio across NSW. As at 30 June 2010, PJS Building Pty Limited ceased maintenance services in Contract Areas SWCA5 and SWCA6. Programmed Facility Management is contracted in Contract Areas SWCA5 and SWCA6.
