Tender Details

The Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) on behalf of the NSW Government is pleased to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified entities to participate in the flagship opportunity to redevelop the Ivanhoe Estate at Macquarie Park. LAHC seeks to deliver a vibrant community with integrated social, affordable and private housing by working with the private and not-for-profit sectors including Community Housing Providers (CHPs).

Expression of Interest for Specific Contracts - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a specific work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria, and those who best meet the required criteria are invited to Tender (as tender type Pre-Qualified/Invited).

Additional Details / Instructions

LAHC will be utilising a data room for the management of the documentation for this Expression of Interest. To be able to access the information in the data room LAHC requires your organisation to complete the following:

a Confidentiality Agreement (attached); and
information on individuals requiring access to the data room (attached).
