Tender Details
The Level 1 floor commercial Fit -out works that comprise this ‘Request for Tender’ shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Partition wall, doors & glazing section.
- Reception desk, kitchen, kitchenettes, cupboards, Accessible toilet & shelving joinery.
- Hydraulic Services, incls. sinks, sanitary ware & tap ware.
- Electrical Services incls lighting & power.
- Voice and data cabling.
- Mechanical Services incls air conditioning, exhaust systems, ductwork and transfer ducting.
- Fire services including exit signage, emergency lighting and fire hose reels.
