Genealogical Transcription Agents perform transcription services for clients in relation to non-restricted birth, death and marriage registrations and early church records.
They transcribe electronic and paper records for clients who require information in relation to the above records.
Transcription Agents have to pay for each record accessed. This Offer to the Registry will be for an initial period of 2 years with options to extend at the Registrar's absolute discretion for a further period of 3 years on a year by year basis. Fees offered will be fixed for the initial period but will be adjusted for the option years at CPI rate.
