Tender Details

 

The Contractor shall perform regular and reactive maintenance of the air-conditioning, refrigeration, air-filtration and water treatment services at the site. The regular maintenance will be performed at prescribed frequencies as outlined in the Statement of Requirement and in accordance with all relevant legislation, standards and codes.

 

 

 

The Contractor shall perform all statutory maintenance of the mechanical services and provide an annual fire safety statement for the mechanical services.

 

 

 

The regular maintenance will be charged on a fixed fee basis. Reactive maintenance will be charged on a rates basis.

 

The Contractor may be invited to perform minor works, however there is no guarantee of work upon appointment under the Contract.

 

 

 

Whilst the Contract is expected to be based upon a regular preventative maintenance pricing model, tenderers must submit optional prices for the provision of the services under a comprehensive contract model.

 

 

 

Tenderers must submit pricing for the optional services, being the maintenance of kitchen exhaust systems and the comprehensive pricing model.

 

 

Tenderers are also encouraged to submit, in addition to a conforming tender, an alternate tender as outlined in Tender Response Schedule 10.

Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

A non-mandatory site briefing will be conducted at 10:30 AM Thursday 28 April 2016. The briefing will be held at the Sheridan Building, Meeting Room 1876. A site walkthrough will be held following the briefing. Tenderers should submit intentions to respond forms to the contact person no later than 4:00 PM, Tuesday 26 April 2016. Tenderers will not be disadvantaged if they do not submit the intention to respond form.
