This standing offer is to purchase up to 70 full body

scanners to prevent the introduction of contraband

into NSW correctional centres. These scanners will

increase CSNSW’s ability to detect contraband on

inmates and anyone entering a correctional centre.

This will also allow staff to achieve social distancing

while providing increased security screening

capacity for items of contraband.
