This contract is for the acquisition for the software licensing of the Satisfy System that is used by the Client Feedback Unit (CFU) to record all actions, enquiries and complaints received from clients.

Upon initial contract exectution (01 July 2021), the value of the contract was below the $150k threshold and was therefore not disclosed. Due to the recent variation/extension, the value has exceeded the above threshold and is now disclosed as a result.
