The results of any cost-benefit analysis of the contract conducted by the agency

Refer to the Benefits Realisation attachment provided in 1.3.4.
Refer 1.1.10 regarding negotiation of price and asset transfer.
In FY21-22 the total workers compensation premium for DCJ was $110m with an expected annual performance adjustment payment of around an additional $20m.
A single system across DCJ enables the agency to report on safety incidents in a standardised and reliable manner which ultimately benefits the development of strategies and interventions to improve workers compensation performance. In FY19-20 SafetySuite was implemented in OneSAP, and there was a $1.2m reduction in expected costs against the former FACS workers compensation premium. The avoidance of cost arose from a variety of factors and not simply just the system change, however the system change has enabled improved reporting and delivery of trend information to senior executives responsible for health and safety within each of the Districts. The conversation about safety in these areas has changed and there is a greater knowledge about factors that influence safety and claims management.
