The Extended Reintegration Service (ERS) is delivered through a multi-agency partnership including Community Corrections, DCJ – Housing NSW (HNSW) and South Western Sydney Local Health District and the service provider.

ERS service providers will be required to up to 12 months housing and support services (three month pre-release and nine months post-release) to high-risk offenders with significant complex needs in South Western Sydney.
