Due to the nature of the service being provided, any comparison will be somewhat subjective. However having utilised both of the major service providers in this area, it was noted internally that the previous subscription with Forrester was under-utilised while Gartner were felt to offer a wider breadth of knowledge, experience and resources. Further, the inclusion of dedicated consulting resources within the Gartner Executive Program is expected to deliver better access to experts in the field.
