This service provides crisis accommodation for men and women in The Haymarket Centre. The service targets men and women who are experiencing chronic homelessness and who have complex needs. It provides crisis assistance, including an eight-bed intoxicated persons unit for women, and provides appropriate multi-disciplinary and intensive responses to address their complex issues. 

The service develops partnerships to strengthen integrated and specialised responses and facilitate Housing First responses to this complex client group. It targets strategies to reduce clients drifting into the inner city to receive homelessness services, and provides crisis and transition responses, and intensive responses for clients with complex needs. 

The service has a strong focus on responses for Aboriginal people and is accessible to people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
