NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Quantity surveying services for the Parramatta Road Camperdown and Telopea projects - 103/117/044510

The Assets Division, Housing NSW, is seeking quantity surveying services to assist with the management of the construction contract of two projects, one in Camperdown and the other in Telopea.

The Camperdown project is at 163-185 Parramatta Road Camperdown and involves the construction of an eight storey apartment complex with 27 residential units, three commercial units and a common room for the tenants.

The Telopea project is to construct three residential apartment buildings providing a total of 152 dwellings on two separate sites approximately 300m apart in the suburb of Telopea. The first site, Moffatts, is on Sturt Street and is a six storey building containing 49 apartments. The second site, Shortland, is on Shortland Street and is two buildings, one of 46 apartments and the other 57 apartments.
