Tender Details
The Contract is to provide for the maintenance of essential and engineered services in the common areas of a number of low-rise buildings which are grouped into various contract areas. The Contract does not cover the maintenance within sole occupancy units, except where the building is subject to an Annual Fire Safety Statement.
The following services are included in this contract, although most buildings doe not have all of these services:
- Fire, Smoke and Solid Core Doors
- Emergency Evacuation Lighting
- Exit Lights
- Common Area Lighting
- Fire Hydrant and Fire Hose Reel Systems
- Portable Fire Extinquishers and Blankets
- Fire Sprinklers, Internal/External Drencher Systems
- Mechanical Services
- Microbial Control
- Carbon Monoxide Monitoring
- Automatic Fire Detection and Alarm Systems
- Occupant Warning Systems
- Emergency Standby Power Systems
- Cold Water and Hot Water Reticulated Systems
- Sump Pumps
