Housing NSW proposes to engage a contractor to demolish of a number of buildings and to construct three new buildings comprising 152 apartments across two sites approximately 300m apart in Telopea, New South Wales.
Site 1 at 17 Sturt Street a 6 storey building containing 49 apartments (known as Moffatts)
Site 2 at 1-5 Shortland Street a 6 storey building containing 46 apartments (known as Shortland A1) and a 5 storey building containing 57 apartments (known as Shortland A2).
The buildings shall be used exclusively as social housing by Housing NSW.

Three firms are invited from the Department of Services, Technology and Administration's panel of accredited best-practice contractors to undertake projects of this value. They are:
