Tender Details

Housing NSW has is seeking a firm of exceptional ability to market the leasehold interests of properties in Millers Point.

The intended outcome of this request for tenders is to select an agent with whom to enter into an agreement to conduct the marketing and sale of properties within the Millers Point precinct over an initial period of three years, with options to extend by a further two one-year periods.

Selective Tenders - An invitation to tender that is made to a limited number of tenderers, from a Pre-qualified Panel. Tenderers are pre-qualified, for an ongoing program of works or services, on a proven record of satisfactory performance in the category for which tenders are sought.

Conditions for Participation

In July 2010, Housing NSW sought expressions of interest (EOI) from real estate agents to market the leasehold interests of properties in Millers Point. Four agents were short-listed from this EOI process and are invited to this request for tender. They are:

These firms have been provided the RFT access passcode required to download the tender documents.

Tenders from any other firm will not be considered.

Estimated Timeframe for Delivery

The agent is engaged for a period of three years with options to extend the contract by a further two one-year periods.
