SailPoint is used to manage the identities across the Department of Customer Service (DCS) cluster, it is used to onboard and offboard user accounts, provide access to applications and conduct user access reviews. SailPoint is a critical Identity system that enables DCS to meet required cyber security controls for Identity. The aim of the procurement was to consolidate different contracts across the DCS cluster and migrating to the Software as a Service (SaaS) solution instead of on-premise software currently used.
