In 2020, Internal Audit set up two contractual agreements to perform internal audit services for the Department of Customer Service, both agreements are due to expire. With the impending expiry of contracts, there is a business need to establish new contractual arrangements with more than one audit service providers to provide resources for the delivery of Internal Audit’s cluster-wide internal audit plan for the next two years with an option to offer an additional year pending satisfactory performance.
