Additional Details / Instructions

The SCM0053 Scheme (ITS2573) is a mandatory whole of NSW government procurement scheme for the provision of a broad range of operational telecommunications and radio communications equipment, infrastructure, and services.

Visit the SCM0053 Scheme page for full details.

The Scheme offers three categories (Equipment, Infrastructure and Services) with relevant subcategories that suppliers can register under.

It offers two supplier lists according to the contract value and risk:

• Registered Supplier List for Contract value up to $150,000 each (inclusive GST) and low risk.

• Prequalified Supplier List for contract value over $150,000 each (inclusive GST) or high risk.

The Scheme was implemented in 2013 and expires 30 April 2027 (unless terminated as per Scheme Rules and Conditions). Due to evolving requirements from government agencies and other eligible customers, the scope for the Scheme is now expanded to include mobile broadband equipment, infrastructure, and services. For new suppliers to supply the new subcategories through the Scheme, there is a need to apply to become a registered or prequalified supplier.

Address for Lodgement

This EOI is to invite current and potential suppliers to apply for the new subcategories (related to mobile broadband technology) added to the Scheme.

The Suppliers expressing interest to be on the SCM0053 Scheme can apply using the following steps:

a. Log in or sign up as a new supplier on Supplier Hub.

b. Go to the Scheme page to review the scheme Rules and Conditions and the relevant Master Supply Agreement (Registered/ Prequalified)

c. When ready, select 'Start application'.

d. Complete the relevant Questionnaire (Registered or Prequalified) by providing the information requested and submitting the documents as required.

e. Submit the application.

We will review the applications as specified in 'section 11 conditions of participation' of the Scheme Rules and Conditions. You will receive and email with the outcome of your application.

No supplier is deemed to have been accepted onto the SCM0053 Scheme unless they are notified via email regarding acceptance or rejection of applications to the SCM0053 Scheme from NSW Telco Authority.
