Tender Details
NSWTA requires an integrated project control function. Services required are cost control, scheduling, risk management, change control, systems/tool management, governance, and resource management. The initial engagement is up to 2 years. Following this it is anticipated that an internal NSWTA team will take on the project controls function. Part of the engagement will include handover and upskilling of internal resources.
