Customer Service / NSW Government ICT Spend Management Panel - RFT-10063751

DCS Digital.NSW, ICT Digital Sourcing is seeking to establishing an all of NSW Government (AoG) panel of prequalified software vendors or resellers, professional services providers, and managed services providers that Government agencies can contract with to obtain ICT Spend Management Services. 

It is the intention that the Panel only permit entry for selected Suppliers that best meet our needs. Empanelled Suppliers shall provide the NSW Government with a service that, where applicable: 

• Is flexible, dependable, and scalable.  

• Delivers value for money throughout the term of the contract.  

• Has a guaranteed response time for action of requests.  

• And a high quality of customer satisfaction. 

This Panel intends to drive better value for money, service quality and agility in the provision of ICT spend management services. In alignment with these outcomes, the objectives of this Panel are to: 

• Drive benefits, such as cash savings, cost avoidance and cost reduction, associated with inscope ICT spend across all clusters with particular focus on cash savings. 

• Make it easier for Customers to procure a spend management service or capability (faster,  easier, simpler contracting).

• Drive better transparency on ICT spend. 

• Facilitate Government’s social procurement agenda (simplified onboarding and increased spend with Indigenous providers, SMEs, regional etc.). 

• Provide confidence in the suppliers that buyers engage by shortlisting capable suppliers. 

• Streamline current procurement processes.
