Tender Details
Design, supply, installation and commissioning of a turbidimeter at Avon Dam. Scope of works:
Dismantle and disposal of the existing turbidimeter, control unit, sampling pumps, sampling lines, electrical wirings and any other item associated with the existing system.
Design, supply and installation of seven (7) submersible type sampling pumps and sampling pipelines to pump water from seven different depths, as outlined in Clause 4.2, in the dam to the new turbidimeter.
Supply and installation of one (1) new turbidimeter.
Carry out all electrical and control works required associated with the new system.
Testing and commissioning of the system.
Training of SCA personnel on setting, operation and maintenance of the system.
Provide all relevant documentation, O&M manuals, configuration information in both hard copies and electronic copies, including manufacturer’s manuals. These should be in WORD format
Provide details of servicing procedures and calibration certificates for all instruments including the availability and cost of any consumables.
Provide a list of spare parts required, including sensors, pumps etc. and where to purchase such spares.
Provide Defects Liability services for 12 months from the date of completion of commissioning for the services provided by the Contractor
