NOTE - This is Selective tender.
The project consists of the refurbishment of the boy's and girl's toilet at Chatswood High School. The entire toilet is to be demolished and gutted. New cubicles and toilet bowls and flushing systems are to be installed and the entire area retiled and repainted. New lights are to be installed in the ceiling. The frosted glass louvers and windows are to be replaced as required.

Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $100,001 and $250,000.
