NOTE - This is Selective tender.
Ground Floor Laboratories and Prep Rooms.
Existing evaporative cooling plant will be removed from basement plant room and replaced with new fan unit and controls. All existing ductwork to be cleaned out. New split a/c units will be installed into each laboratory space. Exhaust fan will be installed to southern Prep Room.
First Floor Library.
A new raised steel frame roof area that will cover and protect existing lower skylight and flat roof area will be constructed over central roof area. All existing evaporative cooling plant to roof will be removed and old damaged roof surface will be replaced. New plant ductwork and extract fans will be installed into new ceiling space and additional split a/c units and ductwork to be installed to Library. All water damage to existing ceiling to be made good.
